Group Fitness Classes - You can attend any of the fitness classes we have scheduled Monday through Friday. Boxing is known as one of the best forms of exercise for improving your fitness, cardio vascular, improving your mental, emotional and physical sharpness inside and out. Our classes alternate between exercises that improve;
Technique, Speed, Agility, Power, Endurance, Fitness, Discipline, Strength, Accuracy, Self-esteem, Confidence, Self Defence, Strength and conditioning.
